Sinopsis momentánea en inglés: Set in the Shaanxi province of Northern China, IN THE WILD MOUNTAINS is a simple yet insightful tale of village life and how economic changes in the country affect even the most remote regions. Hehe and Huihui are brothers of completely opposite disposition. Huihui, the elder, is content with a simple lifestyle, whereas the industrious Hehe is continuously searching for means to better his life. Huihui's greatest desire is to have a child, but his wife Guijan cannot bear one...

Based on Jia Pingau's novel. This film is on Asia Weekly Magazine's list of the 100 Greatest Chinese Films of the 20th Century.

Esta ficha va dedicada a preacher, que creo que le puede gustar.

Danyyyy, me aventajas en unos cuantos meses. 

Buenísima la cosecha 85-86 del cine chino: Spring in Autumn de Bai, Sacrificed Youth de Zhang, Hibiscus Town de Xie. Para para mi sorpresa, esta resulta ser más ligera, casi una comedia marital. En cualquier caso, muy agradable.
