Sinopsis momentánea en inglés: Lover's Rock begins its tale by focusing on a tiny fishing community on the coast of Taiwan. With its "slice of life" depiction of the local villagers, their curious ceremonies, and the beautiful landscapes surrounding the community, the film gives a picturesque representation of a happy coastal village. Once that setting is adequately established, Lover's Rock switches gears and refocuses its plot onto the budding romance between the characters played by Cheng Pei Pei and Qiao Zhuang.
