Make way for hot girls and loopy comedy! Flat-chested actress Mika (Akiyama Rina) has a thing for plump, weird guys. Overweight indie director Aki (Sato Sakichi) has a profound fear of large breasts. Together, they make the perfect odd couple - except Mika is contemplating breast implants, and the power of love sometimes magically transforms Aki into a handsome guy (Konishi Ryusei) which completely turns Mika off. Plus, the two are forced to flee town when Mika kills another actress (Morishita Yuri). Hitting the road with nowhere to go, the two decide to search for the legendary "Village of Big Breasts", where all the women are well endowed!

Actor-director Sato Sakichi - whose varied resume includes directing Tokyo Zombie, writing Ichi the Killer, and acting in Kill Bill - pulls triple duties for his outrageous new comedy Heibon Punch adapted from George Asakura's manga. Sato is the writer, director, and star of the show opposite gravure idol and actress Akiyama Rina from Kamen Rider Den-O. Acclaimed actor Aikawa Sho (Zebraman) co-stars as a cop in pursuit of the fugitive twosome.
