Sinopsis momentánea en inglés: Mandar(Pradip Mukherjee) is an ex-revolutionary turned college lecturer. Anjali (Mamata Shankar) is a young woman who gets into a relationship with Amit, a rich and influential person. When she gets pregnant, Amit wants the pregnancy terminated but Anjali wants to keep the baby. At this stage she meets Mandar, who proposes and she accepts. A month into their marriage she tells Mandar of her pregnancy and they decide to separate. Mandar feels betrayed and his personal life goes to pieces. He gets into a relationship with Nandini (Snigdha Bhattacharya) but cannot take it to the end as he still pines for Anjali. He meets Anjali by chance and then goes to meet her again to find that she bears him no anmosity or rancour. Will it be the start of a new and more mature relationship?
