The last years of the Ching Dynasty were marked by many insurrections. The Empress entrusts her lieutenants to transport the crown jewels by wagon to Jehol. However, the wagon train is set up by the bandits of Fire Mountain. The treasure is carried back to their lair amongst the poison gases of Fire Mountain, where the treasure remains hidden for many years. One day, Old Sha, the inn-keeper, comes across the treasure. Realizing the great value of this treasure, he decides to return it to the government. However, he is tricked into revealing the location of the treasure to two bandits, Wang Tze-tau and Liu Yee-piao, who masquerade as government officials. Hu Plen-tze, the beautiful but fiery daughter of the inn-keeper, is shocked when seven bandits appear at her father's inn demanding food and drink. During the course of the evening, she manages to drug the seven unsuspecting bandits who fall asleep in a drunken stupor...
