Sinopsis

Versatile Tony Leung Chiu Wai shows comic chops in the wacky time-travel comedy Hero Beyond The Boundary Of Time! Imperial Court member Wai Siu Bo (Tony Leung Chiu Wai) gets sent forward in time via the "Invincible Time Adventure Wheel" to present-day Hong Kong. His mission: to seek out a woman who supposedly can cure the Emperor (Ken Tong) of his mystery illness. Siu Bo complies, but as soon as he gets to the future, he spends the majority of his time messing around with new policeman pal Dicky Cheung. Soon Wai Siu Bo has more problems: evil bad guys show up to stop him from saving the Emperor, and two of his seven wives (one of them being the sexy Veronica Yip) leap forward to help and harass Siu Bo into completing his mission and heading home. What's a wacky royal tramp like Wai Siu Bo to do?

Wai Siu Bo is a renowned fictional character popularized in the works of Jn Yong (AKA: Louis Cha). In addition to being the subject of the blockbuster Royal Tramp movies starring Stephen Chow, Wai Siu Bo was also previously played by Tony Leung Chiu Wai in a popular television serial co-starring Andy Lau! Leung brings boyish charm and comic dexterity to Hero Beyond The Boundary Of Time, a hilarious and hijink-filled Hong Kong escapade!
