Lindy Ng, being an orphan, is living in a broken flat together with her young brother Dragon and little sister Phoenix. Once, through a blood test, Lindy knows that she has been suffering from Blood Cancer. She begins to worry about the future life of Dragon and Phoenix. Having no other choices, Lindy decides to move in a new flat. The flat is cheap because there occupied a notorious wicked man named Morrie. Morrie, a stolen-goods receiver, is a hot tempered crook. Both parties become hostile to each other. Morrie has a close girl friend Siu Fung who is working in a night club. She used to store stolen-goods for Morrie. Siu Fung put utmost effort to kick Lindy out of the flat but results in vain. In one occasion, Morrie is arrested by the Police. Fortunately, with the help of his elder brother Bowie, they successfully destroy the only proof of Morrie's crime. Since then, Chief Inspector Lau hates Morrie whole-heartedly and secretly put Morrie under close supervision...
