Four tales of romance and comic mayhem set between the walls of a Singaporean resort hotel.

In the first story, Kent and Billy begin surveillance on a room where they expect an adulterous couple to meet. They install cameras in the room, but before the couple shows up they realize they didn't book their hotel room for the next day and have to leave. A rock group instead turns on their TV set to see Charlie Chin and a married woman embracing one another. Charlie sees the not very well concealed cameras and starts to perform a melodramatic soap opera from his Taiwanese weepy days that is fairly amusing.

In the second episode, hotel manager Woo Fung is expecting a top shareholder as a guest and everyone mistakes Richard Ng as this person. Ng thinks he can hypnotize everyone and since they all think he is a powerful shareholder, they all pretend they are under his control. Of course, he is actually a thief and soon the real big shot, Yasuaki Kurata, shows up.

Eric Tsang is a group tour leader and coming out of the shower he notices that beautiful Cherie Chung has let herself into his hotel room and is lying seductively on his bed. Cherie and a friend are soon chasing Eric around, trying to kill him for no apparent reason.

The final story features Jacky Cheung and Cecilia as maintenance workers for the hotel. Cecilia is in love with Jacky, but Jacky is in love with the much higher status Joey. In this touching episode, we se Cecilia helping Jacky write love letters to Joey, through falling tears. This story has a very romantic ending.

Overall, this movie is, perhaps only for people already fans of HK cinema, as it mixes multiple genres and styles. However, it is an interesting film, with some very good moments and a fabulous cast. The four actresses, in particular, look absolutely stunning here.
