CitarTora-San returns home because his sister, Sakura, has given birth to a son. He reunites with Professor Tsubouchi who taught him English when he was a student, in an effort to get closer with the Professor's daughter, Natsuko. When Tora-San learns that his mother, who has not seen him since his birth, lives in Kyoto, he decides to go and see her. But when he finally finds her, he only finds shame as he discovers she runs a house of ill-repute. Devastated, Tora-San returns to his village to find that Professor Tsubouchi has died and his beloved Natsuko is about to be married!
