Comentario: El DVDRip que había hecho hace un tiempo era de un DVD de muy buena calidad, Miramax, pero hace poco me enteré que le edición estaba recortada! Aquí entonces un BDRip de la edición sin cortes, en versión zine/2. 

Synopsis: Legendary filmmaker Wong Kar-Wai directs Jude Law, Natalie Portman, Rachel Weisz, and Norah Jones in his first English-language feature film -- a romantic road movie detailing the cross-country journey of a woman who sets off across the United States in hopes of mending her broken heart. Elizabeth (Jones) has just been through a particularly nasty breakup, and now she's ready to leave her friends and memories behind as she chases her dreams across the country. In order to support herself on her journey, Elizabeth picks up a series of waitress jobs along the way. As Elizabeth crosses paths with a series of lost souls whose yearnings are even greater than her own -- including a troubled cop (David Strathairn), his estranged wife (Rachel Weisz), and an embittered gambler (Natalie Portman) -- their emotional turmoil ultimately helps her gain a greater understanding of her own problems.

beautiful, beautiful movie!! once again, just like in the case of wenders' paris, texas (1984) (which also features ry cooder in the score, and who makes a wonderful job this time too), the finest piece of americana comes from a foreign director. -- lemmycaution

Wong Kar-Wai movies are like blueberry pies: rich and tasty, but too much can lead to cavities or a stomachache. Such is the case with My Blueberry Nights the famed auteur's English-language debut, and a fine case that the director is currently moving laterally. -- Kozo

La volví a ver.
A lo dicho hace unos años, le agrego que Jude Law es un buen actor, confirmo que Natalie Portman me sobra en esta película (y en general también) y luego, que aquella que se parecía
a Cat Power... era Cat Power
Además creo que, Cat Power le hubiera sumado mucho más peso a la historia si hubiera sido la protagonista principal en lugar de serlo Norah Jones.
Luego la película es un compendio del universo WKW. Pero, la verdad es que el cambio geográfico no le vino bien. Aquello que logró en Happy Together, no lo logra en estas noches de arándano.
En fin, si WKW tiene una película floja, es esta.
