Carlo, the host of a horror show on the TV network is given the challenge to shoot the show in an entirely new concept. He decides to shoot in Siquijor - an island well-known for its mysticism. During their stay in Siquijor, nothing odd happens so the crew resorts to staging a possession, considering that they are running out of time. After the shooting, the crew heads back to Manila but strange things start to happen to each member of the team. Carlo tries to investigate but everyone soon learns that truth is indeed stranger than fiction.
